Got a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a milkshake. The milkshakes didn't come out with my order (totally fine, I get it, busy night!) but they distributed like 10 milkshakes at once, which was slightly confusing due to the myriad of languages being spoken (mainly Italian obv), the customer's joint confusion, and the employee calling out orders being a little quiet compared to the din of the restaurant.
But that's a very, very minor (frankly negligible) complaint. I'm studying abroad in Europe, and this is the first "taste of home" that's tasted like home, haha. I haven't had a good, greasy, hangover-curing, American-style burger in MONTHS until tonight. I didn't realize just how bad I'd missed it, either. Everything here was cooked to perfection. The fries were perfectly salted. The milkshake was thick AND balanced. My American exchange group and I left feeling rejuvenated.
The music was 50s - 90s classic rock centric for the most part, and I mention it because it was loud enough to identify and vibe along with the song, but quiet enough to have a casual conversation without issue.
I'll honestly say that I have a strong bias due to being FROM the USA, and we'd all been fiending for a good burger for months prior to this; so desperation undoubtedly played a key role in our resulting enjoyment. However, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves irrespective of the above factors, and I recommend any homesick Americans to swing by.

Read moreI liked the atmosphere I found: the cashier was kind, my order was made in less than 4 minutes, and I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal.
It’s cool that you’re able to build the burger however you prefer, starting from the "classic" bases. I got a cheeseburger and added 4 toppings out of the 15 available.
The sandwich was very greasy, so it's not for the taste of the meat that you come here. However, if you're looking for fastfood-style burgers, this is definitely a great choice. A notch above McDonald's and Burger King.
The fries were also excellent: coarsely cut and with the skin. I ordered a small portion but I received more than that for sure. Appreciated.
Overall, the prices are higher, perhaps slightly too much. I spent about €24 for a cheeseburger with fries and a Coca-Cola. However, the sauces and drinks are unlimited, and the food was satisfying and filling.
Pricey? Yes....
Read moreToday we visited this restaurant in the central station Milan. Some people in our group had sandwiches from another establishment, but bought chips and drinks, and others bought their entire meal at your restaurant. While we were eating, an extremely arrogant and aggressive employee said that we couldn't eat food from other places, to which we asked her to explain why, given that in Portugal it is normal in places like shopping malls/stations, etc. for this to happen. She called the manager to explain to us, we understood why and put away what wasn't Five Guys and continued eating the chips, drinks and things from the store. Out of frustration and pure spite, even though everything had gone smoothly, the employee decided to call security and throw us out, resorting to aggression and not letting anyone finish the meal we had paid for. Horrible and not what I believe this...
