Grog Ristorante Pizzeria — Restaurant in Milan

Eating at Grog is the single best dining experience of my life. Lost in the busy streets of Milan, I found my way to Grog in search of a reasonably priced pizza… They exceeded my expectations in every imaginable way. The crisp, fresh beer hit my lips and, like the nectar of the gods, instantly rejuvenated my spirit, washed away my troubles and satisfied my restless taste buds: thus, it would not be unreasonable to argue that this is the best beer in Western Europe. However, Grog’s superiority did not end there. Arriving, in good time with a smile from the exceedingly friendly staff, the delicious pizza provided a great deal of much needed warmth, comfort and satiation. All this for a reasonable price at a comfortable, local family business. Needless to say I returned on a number of occasions and started to explore the menu further, delving into the likes of the superb pesto pasta and lasagne. We randomly chose to dine here, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision! The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel very cozy. The owner is super nice, and his staff is so attentive. They helped us with our choices, and we ended up ordering four different pastas and a pizza.

Everything was delicious, especially the pappardelle with salmon. A must-try! 🤌🏻 The wine was also good.

From my experience, the prices are reasonable, just about average.

I don’t know why this place have so many negative reviews. When we passed by, we didn’t see people inside. We give it a try and we loved everything there. The food was amazing in reasonable prices. We liked the pizza so much and we ordered another one too. Except for the food we loved the service from the employee. We also loved the owner (I am not sure if he was the owner) but he helped us a lot with our choice. Even if we didn’t speak fluently Italian we understood everything. I totally...
