GROM — Restaurant in Milan

As our last day in Italy approached, I regretted not trying their famed chocolate cornet. However, a kind Filipino boy working there noticed our hesitation and inquired about our departure. To our surprise and delight, he offered to make us a special batch of chocolate cornets to try before we left. His gesture of kindness and thoughtfulness truly made our day.

Not only was the service exceptional, but the quality of the ice cream surpassed all expectations. Each scoop was bursting with flavor, and it was evident that only the finest ingredients were used. Without a doubt, this was the best ice cream I had tasted in Milan!!

Overall, my experience was unforgettable, thanks in large part to the warmth and hospitality of the staff, particularly the sweet Filipino boy who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable last day in Italy. I highly recommend this place to anyone...

Ma le due gelataie di corso di porta romana accanto al Carcano da dove vengono? Sono di una maleducazione unica! Ieri sera, 7 maggio, ore 20.10, entro per chiedere un cono con gusti senza lattosio prima di andare al carcano: già si guardano e mi guardano come fossi un'aliena e quella che mi serve in maniera scortese e stizzita mi precisa che il cono ha il burro. Grazie per info, tanto non lo mangio... Nel servirmi, a locale vuoto, la signorina è di una lentezza allucinante. Alla fine pago e saluto e per tutta risposta, senza risalutare, scoppiano a ridere alle mie spalle mentre esco. Ma ce la fanno? Mi meraviglio che lavorino con il pubblico e soprattutto in una tale catena: Grom, un minimo di selezione del personale, no? Comunque una cosa è certa: non mi vedranno di certo più, manco fosse l'ultima gelateria...
