Steak it Easy — Restaurant in Milan

I’ve tried my fair share of cheesesteaks in the US, and I can honestly say that this is one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve had. I got the Smoked Philly; the crunchy bread was delicious, as were the meat and smoky cheese. A small critique, which may be just my personal taste, is that the rocket/arugula’s bitterness was a bit too strong; I would have preferred a less bitter veggie, like maybe spinach. But different people may perceive the level of bitterness differently.

On our last night visiting Milan we were looking for late night food and couldn't find anything open. We luckily stumbled into Steak it Easy, and learned about this great place with a twist on American cheesesteaks. The host took time to chat with us and share more about their business and we had a lovely conversation. The food was great - an Italian twist on cheesesteaks with lots of different flavor options. So glad we stumbled upon this place and would highly recommend...

So good! It had been awhile since we had a good cheestake sandwich: I found this spot through a Google search and it did not disappoint! The owner was super friendly and the sandwiches were so good.
