Harmony Lounge Cafe — Restaurant in Milan

OMG!! Be careful hier. The service was absolutely terrible and the waiters showed agression!! The waitresses and the waiter were loudly arguing in the cafe and shouting at each other, which made me feel uncomfortable and want to leave. When I went to pay, they tried to charge me twice the actual price of my coffee. When I pointed this out, a male staff member/waiter became aggressive, told me I could leave if I didn’t like it, and then started yelling and swearing at me. Shockingly, the female waitresses laughed and ridiculed me instead of addressing the situation. They forced me to pay more than it should be. This is not a place where you can peacefully enjoy your coffee. There are plenty of other cafés with friendly and professional service—go there instead. I strongly recommend that the staff take anger management training, as scamming customers and then reacting with aggression is simply unacceptable. Protect yourself and be careful if you decide...

We stopped by for coffee . Upon arrival asked in English to have a coffee and to please make it more foamy. The girl behind the counter with attitude says: "What" . Then she goes and starts making the coffee while talking to another girl working there about me in Italian . Upon paying she tried to overcharge us more for coffee when the menu on the wall stated 1.30 Euro . She then says we haven't had a chance yet to Update prices in Italian to my friend and my friend speaks Italian . She says okay fine . At that point we wanted to just pay and leave. Wow, what a great place! It is nestled away on the outskirts of Milan. They had an amazing drink selection and they had the option of food. The owner and staff were so kinda and willing to chat, even though not everybody spoke English. We got there around 1900 for a drink then ended up coming back at 2400, both times for drinks.
