I had Tonkotsu Ramen for lunch and I wasn’t expecting much but the broth was super mild and creamy and it was the best ramen that I had in Milan, or even more, outside Japan…! Tonkotsu Ramen is originally from Fukuoka , west part of Japan where there are lots of good foods, and I cubetti was almost the same quality as Fukuoka!
