Gino Sorbillo located in Via Montevideo in Milan offers a brilliant concept of pizza, with creative flavors that truly intrigue the palate. The staff is polite and welcoming, making you feel immediately at ease. However, the dining experience has its flaws. The pizza, while flavorful and unique, arrived disappointingly cold, which took away from its potential greatness. The interior space is quite cramped, with tables so close together that you feel like you’re sharing a meal with strangers. It’s a lively atmosphere, but it lacks the serenity needed to fully savor what could be an extraordinary pizza. A touch more attention to detail could elevate this spot to something truly special. Furthermore Nutella cheesecake was so interesting. Unfortunately the quantity of Nutella in the dessert was so much that it...

Ewww idk but as u can see in the picture, the pizza is highly burnt. At first I asked the waitress if it's normal. The waitress told me that it is normal. And I thought maybe it's the feature of the italian pizza (i'm a tourist). But after I have finishing eating (due to be highly burnt, the flavour of pizza is bitter. I can't eat it anymore) I told my intalian friend about this thing and sent her the picture of the pizza, she said she was shocked bcs she had never eaten the pizza so burnt in intalian restaurant and she suspected that it was the restaurant gave me a highly burnt pizza on purpose. I was pissed and regretted that I paid 17€ for this rubbish. It makes...

I ate here on two separate occasions (around Christmas Eve 2021 as my first meal in Italy, and a week later as my last meal in Italy, how poetic). I honestly believe that to this day, this is the place where I ate the best pizza of my entire 21 years of life. And it was one I usually hate (Buffala). I also remember their lasagna fondly (it was small but very tasty), as well as their funny Nocciolato thing (which I miss dearly and hope to eat again someday). The staff was pretty nice and the ambience was calming. This might have been the best restaurant experience of my life.
