Well, this is probably stupid of me, but here we go: I have been craving for ramen for like 6 months as in the city I live it's not easy to find, and when I saw the reviews of this place I came here. However I'm stupid enough to spend 5 mins at the door checking the menu and yet make the order wrong, ended up eating a Don instead of the ramen I was dying for. It wasn't bad at all, tastes were really good and cooking was good, but I made myself sad to a very stupid level. However, both chef and waiter were extremely nice, offered to change the dish and everything. I liked it and it was good, and I also was not raised to be as absurd as to throw away perfectly good food out of nowhere. The ramen on the other tables was looking (and smelling) amazing. The food, service and hospitality deserve praise, and I'm only writing the root of my disappointment because they were genuinely worried of food being bad or substandard. I hope, therefore, that they can understand it was an honest mistake -and only on my side- and the reason for my disappointment to be beyond banal and lame. It's always good to leave an unseen feature or an unvisited restaurant to try in the cities you pass by, and I can say that if I ever am to come back to Milano, I will make sure to taste...
Read moreI was in multiple ramen places in Italy and I need to say that this ramen restaurant is one of the very few decent ramen restaurants in Italy.
I tasted "Teriyaki pollo" paitan ramen. The broth was quite rich and "speziato", the noodles are good, marinated egg as well. Maybe I'd like to see more interesting additional ingredients as well as more chicken itself, but for the price I paid (in Milano) it was appropriate.
You cannot really find this ramen in ramen guides, I don't know why, but e.g. Inada ramen appeared to be better than one of the famous and in-guides ramen restaurants that I visited before.
Little tip for ramen in Italy: in the very beginning mix the broth with the spoon a bit and do it several times while eating - it'll be more tasty.
If I lived in Milano, it would probably be my most...
Read moreAmazing service and the best ramen I’ve ever had! My friend and I ate dinner here twice in our 2 night stay in Milano. The food was always freshly made and the portions are big! This might be the best ramen I’ve ever had. I got the chicken dumplings and they were delicious as well as the spicy chicken ramen. My friend had the vegetarian dumplings, and the spicy vegetarian ramen. Both meals were amazing. You can’t skip dessert! We had pistachio, and coffee flavored semifreddo and the chocolate soufflé. The staff was welcoming and super helpful and friendly. They gave us more time when we weren’t ready to order yet and checked on us plenty of time....
