I gave 2 stars just because luckily we woke up fine without having to sh*t ourselves after having dinner there. It was our first time dining there and won't come back anymore. The service is bad, only 1 waiter was nice enough to serve our plates in a gentle way. The other one, he served as if he played the frisbee. And the sound of the plate when it hit your "marble" table was indescribable. The whole restaurant inside is too chaotic with people chatting around plus the sound of plates are being thrown on customer's table and in the kitchen. And you have to wait long time to get your next plates to be served. A lot of tables around us complained as well, one couple even didn't bother to leave instead of waiting for their food. I understand that there are lots of tables to be served, but we (wrongly) expected their service to be much better than that since they advertised their place as such a different and unique all you can eat restaurant. But I think we were just fooled by the ads. The food, is typical all you can eat sushi, mediocre. The pieces are too small, I mean I expected them to be small and different from what they look like in the menu and in the ads. Well done published I'd say 👏🏽 but really, the foods are served badly on the plates. In general, it was such a waste of money and time, at...

Food : The food honestly was exquisite! It was an amazing fusion of Italian cooking and traditional Japanese dishes . Especially loved how citrus sauces are paired with fresh sashimi , flavor just explodes on your tastebuds ! I had never tried anything similar of the sort before ,the flavor combination was an amazing surprise. It was a visual and gustatory feast

Service : I liked how you could just order through the phone , but if not the waiters would be quick to serve you. Service was amazing , all smiles - they were constantly asking if everything was alright . Excellent service overall

Wine : They had an amazing array of wines, the sake was a good pair to the sashimi - smooth and warm . If not the Prosecco is a great pairing - we ordered too much , and the wines made it easier to digest everything, after a sake or two we were ready to go again. It is a really pleasant experience.

Overall I rate this experience 5/5! The fusion of western flavors and Japanese cuisine is something to die for , and the sushi was really fresh , let alone aesthetic. We were served by friendly and helpful waiters the whole time , and the ambience was really good , had a great time! 11/10...

Horrible Experience - Rushed and Insulted by Staff My dining experience here was absolutely terrible. We had only been seated for 30 minutes when a staff member began arrogantly rushing us to order. He informed us, with absolutely no prior notice, that we were required to leave within 1.5 hours of our arrival. This particular staff member confidently insisted that they must have informed us of this time limit when we made the reservation. This was completely false; no such information was ever provided. He offered no apology for his extremely offensive and bossy behavior. Instead, he proceeded to find fault with us and pick on us repeatedly. The most unbelievable part was when we simply asked him to bring us a pair of chopsticks. He actually deemed our request "impolite" and proceeded to lecture us at our table on "what politeness is." We felt rushed, humiliated, and completely unwelcome. This staff member's unprofessional and condescending attitude ruined our entire meal. I strongly advise avoiding...

This is a beautiful restaurant in the heart of Chinatown. By the time we left around 1:30pm, there were at least 50 ppl waiting outside. Food was decent, though I think the chef needs to tone down on the “fusion” concept. Topping tuna sashimi with amaretto cookie crumbles or adding tomato gazpacho on top of the sweet shrimp really made it taste worse rather than enhancing the flavors of either dish. The tempura was cold except for the shrimp, and mgmt lacks proper operational expertise. We were done after about an hour except for our ramen noodle, which after requesting several times to cancel due to the extremely long wait, it finally arrived after 40 min. Meanwhile, they could’ve turned my table to the 50+ ppl waiting outside. Regardless, at 18 Euro a person for lunch, it’s still a decent value.
