Jubin — Restaurant in Milan

We would always go here to eat crispy fried pork with other food, until what happened today. We ordered the same dishes we would always order, but this time the pork was overly cooked. It was so dry and hard that chewing it felt like we were gonna lose a tooth. We asked the waiter if he could kindly change it because it was barely chewable nor edible. Since we are a usual customer, we thought it wouldn't be a problem, but no! The guy (i think he was a manager coz he was wearing white while others where wearing black) told us that, that dish was always how it should be. We told him that we order that dish every time we would eat there and it was nothing like that. But he just insisted his nonsense and didn't change the dish. We left minutes after coz we lost our appetite. We left the dish untouched but still had to pay for it. So we just told the cashier our issue and she also told us that that certain dish is supposed to be that hard. Oh come on. LIKE WHO WOULD ORDER OR EAT SOMETHING THAT IS AS HARD AS ROCK??? JUBIN has been the restaurant i go to repeatedly ever since I discovered their live lobster in the aquarium. And the way they cut/break the lobster and put their garlic mix sauce on the lobster...YUMMMY! SO SO GOOD! I truly appreciate how the staff breaks the lobster as well as cut the lobster so that it is convient for the customers to get to the meat! It makes a difference and it sets them apart from other restaurants! Anyhow the atmosphere is wide, spacious and clean! If you know youre going to be in the area but wont get a chance to visit until one particular time, I advise you to order what you want early because they have different segments of hours of operation. They are open in the afternoons and close at 3pm...use to be closed at 2pm. And then they will open again at 6pm and close later in the evening. 💛💯💛💯ps. I think we just had the worst experience. I've been to this place before and it was alright but even then the staff was rude and complaining about us ORDERING multiple times....This time we went in to have a chill dinner but many things went wrong. Having to wait all together in big groups at the door to be seated when there were many free tables.( They have a Pc that shows it and we all noticed) We got constantly bothered every 2 mins after 5 mins of looking at the menu because they wanted us to place our order After getting asked for the 4th time, the same lady asks us again and we ask her to please give us a moment as the Menù was overwhelmingly large.
