The milk teas we ordered were actually nice, but our second time experience was quite disturbing. For our first visit we got one milk tea, therefore a loyalty card with one stamp. Note that this first stamp is always printed directly on the card, so technically it looks exactly the same as the not handed out ones from the shop, which caused quite some arguing during our second visit. Since the first time milk tea was nice, we decided to go there again the next day (actually we initially decided to just get two milk teas from them everyday during our vacation). This time we ordered two cups of milk tea. My partner put our loyalty card on the counter and was expecting two stamps. After he paid, the cashier asked us if we came for vacation or we live in Milan. I was a bit surprised by this question but still answered that we came for vacation. The cashier then said in this case there is no need to collect the stamps. I was more confused as during our first visit this was not brought up at all, the loyalty card was handed to us directly. then I said well we should be able to finish the card before leaving Milan anyways, please still stamp. Then she put one stamp on it. We asked why only one stamp, as we ordered two cups. She said that’s two stamps, the first printed one and the second she just put. We said but the first one was from yesterday, that’s our card we brought with us. But the cashier insisted that’s not our card, but she just took it out from their card box. We tried to explain that’s our card. But the cashier was so confident and even said something like “if you came yesterday but didn’t stamp we can’t redo it for you, otherwise everyone can come and get 40 stamps”. She just kept denying that the card was ours. In the end another cashier said we can check the security camera. In the camera video it showed clearly that my partner had the card in his hand initially, then put it on the counter after we ordered. The first cashier still tried to insist a bit, until the second cashier told her to stop.
One milk tea is 5 euro, the loyalty card works in such way that, each milk tea comes with one stamp, after 10 stamp you can get one milk tea for free. So basically one stamp equals 1/10 of a milk tea, meaning 50 cents. We felt this unbelievable, on the one hand we can’t imagine anyone would cheat on a stamp, on the other hand we were shocked by the cashier’s ultra confidence. On top of that, looking into the security camera for this felt hilarious as well.
(And of course we didn’t get any apologies.)
We decided to not go a third time. This is a pity, as we enjoyed the tea and were even joking that there was no need to try other shops anymore for...
Read moreI had an Oreo puffle, milk green tea, and a chicken wrap. I was told the chicken wrap picture isn't correct and that needs to change. You shouldn't show something that isn't true (it showed that the wrap may have bacon bits...it's misleading). It was bbq sauce, cucumber and chicken. I highly recommend changing how you display your menu (show REAL pictures of each drink with transparent cups, show REAL pictures of your food, etc). Also the green milk tea comes with the tapioca pearls so if you don't want it, let them know. Overall 4 stars for the food and drink being good but 2 stars for misleading your customers,...
Read moreI had never tried bubble tea before, so I didn’t have any benchmarks… but I ended up ordering two different ones and absolutely loved them both. The flavors were unlike anything I’d ever tasted before 🧋 Delicate yet full of character, and I really enjoyed the mix of textures.
The staff was friendly, patient (explaining all the different ingredients to me 🥲), and genuinely welcoming. The menu offers a wide range of options with some really original ingredients. Prices are more than fair for the quality.
Highly recommended, keep up the...
