I’ve been many times at the old Kaputziner, which closed down few years ago and was replaced by this new place. The atmosphere is nice, the place is modern, looks renovated and fits with the “Oktoberfest” style. Food is mediocre: sausages, ribs, pork knuckle are ok. The greatest issue is service. There were 3 waiters for the entire restaurant (probably 80+ chairs?). They couldn’t cope at all with serving drinks and food. Read moreOne of my friends in Milan recommended this place to me, and it was never wrong. The place is well lit, with a lot of space inside, in German style. The service was amazing 👍🏿💯, especially Gabriele and the young lady from Peru (I forgot the name🙏🏿😔🤔). We started with some well-salted fries, and then we got the massive mixed roast meat plate for 2/3 people where you can have 4 types of sausages, a kind of ham, pork shank with sauerkraut . A couple of beers, a cheese cake with mixed berries, and this fantastic caffe amaro "grappa with chamomile" that must be tried.

The waiters are also dressed in their typical clothes and really friendly. Food wise you have plenty of choice, typical products all delicious and of high quality, even though they go too heavy with the fries. Plenty of beers to choose from.
