First of all food is good.
And the service poor. Waitresses impatient, not nice, and not consistent. 11:35hr coffee not possible anymore, there is no menu for drinks ( I like to choose and to see the prices)… 12:15hr ordering 2nd round of wine… if we get them depends on if we are willing to order food. If not no 2nd round of wine because after 12:00 no place for drinks only. But our intention was to lunch so luckily we get our wine, and bread… no olive oil we had to ask. No water we had to ask, o and after we get the water we again had to ask for glasses!!
After seeing the bill wine ( where there was no menu for) cost 7€ per glass.
Please be consistent, know what you are doing ( glass and water… not rocket science) and give the people a drink menu!
( we hear a lot of complaints about not having a menu in place, in the 3 hours we were sitting on...

Read moreMy wife and I ordered gnocchi and lasagna respectively, however they were average at best. Our bill for two came out to 46 Euro. That is what was printed on our receipt. A half hour later, we were heading back to the hotel on the tram when I checked my purchase price on my phone (Paid by VISA). We were charged on the phone 69 Euro! 23 Euro more than our receipt indicated. The gentleman was apologetic and returned the difference after realizing we had to back track for 1 hour total. I find it challenging to believe that you can accidentally put in 69 Euro when the bill is 46 Euro. Plus the receipt said that only 46 Euro was charged but not my bank statement. Sounds fishy to me. After having an amazing time in Milan, we leave on...
