The food here is amazing—some of the best Neapolitan pizza I’ve had in Milano. However, I have to give this place one star because of an unacceptable incident and the staff’s complete failure to handle it appropriately.

While we were eating, a family sitting nearby caused a shocking scene. The male parent stood up, pulled his underwear down, exposing himself completely, and walked around the restaurant like this. To make it worse, this man was openly rude and racist toward us and other diners. Despite this, the staff did absolutely nothing—they didn’t ask him to leave or even address the situation, which is completely inappropriate.

We brought this up to the staff when we were paying, and they said there was nothing they could do. That response is unacceptable—there are always steps you can take in such situations. At the very least, the man should have been asked to leave. Instead, the staff ignored the behavior and focused on making this family feel comfortable, while dismissing us and other customers. This kind of treatment felt discriminatory and deeply unprofessional.

Additionally, the service overall was inattentive. When we were trying to order, the staff barely paid attention to us and acted indifferent. Then, when we tried to pay with cash, the lady at the counter claimed she didn’t have change, despite us seeing cash in the drawer.

I’m writing this review because I believe this restaurant has potential, but changes need to be made. Management needs to implement clear procedures for dealing with inappropriate and disruptive behavior to ensure all diners feel respected and comfortable. Amazing food is not enough when the environment and service leave such a...

Calling this place a tourist trap would be wrong, maybe a tourist heaven? A place where they treat tourists better than Italians…

To start, the smell in the restaurant is very odd and strong…

We had to call the waiters for us to order our food, and we were the only ones there without having received the “welcome sparking wine”

The food was food, montanare (fried pizzette), and pizze were good, very big in size! But again, a good pizza don’t excuse a terrible service.

The provola was extremely wet in the middle, so review your cooking temperatures.

When we went to pay, I told the guy at the till that our experience was terrible. We did not receive the welcome drink, to which he replied “eh va beh” (aka “oh well”), we told him that nobody bothered to check on us all night while literally every table (of foreigners) had the waiters licking their boots and going every 2mins, to which he replied “but that’s because they’re French and the waiter speaks French”, just excuses. He then asked whether we got offered the “limoncello”, we told no, not even that one and he tried to offer it as we were exiting the door.

Finally, the takeaway box for the leftover pizza we had is different than the one used for take out, not sure if it’s on purpose, but just weird.

To top it off, thanks to the great smell, we had go put all our clothes in the laundry and had a shower to remove the fried smell.

I’m 100% sure that we would have been better treated if we...

Napule è Fratelli Coppola in Milan is a fantastic spot for authentic Neapolitan pizza and Italian cuisine. The restaurant brings the flavors of Naples to the heart of Milan with its dedication to quality ingredients and traditional recipes. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, featuring rustic décor that transports you straight to southern Italy.

The pizza here is a standout, with a thin, soft, and slightly charred crust that perfectly balances the rich tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and toppings. Their Margherita and Pizza Napoletana are particularly popular, showcasing the simplicity and quality that defines Neapolitan pizza. The menu also includes a variety of other Italian dishes, such as pasta and seafood, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

The staff at Napule è Fratelli Coppola are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service in a relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant is perfect for a casual meal with friends or a romantic dinner, and it's also great for those looking to experience a true taste of...
