Panfé — Restaurant in Milan

I visit this place every now and then to have breakfast, I always noticed the overall hygiene of this coffee shop is not very good every time I visit, but didn’t really care about it until today in which a male employee (probably Middle Eastern or Greek) who made my coffee spilled it and then wiped the mug with a very dirty towel. How can it be acceptable to have such a dirty towel where food is served and even use it to wipe coffee mugs where people drink?! Even the towel I use to wipe my apartment floor is more clean than their towel. This really disgusted me, and the worst thing is when I asked him to make me another cup, he didn’t even change the cup. Didn’t want to appear like a Karen so I just drank the coffee and didn’t want to cause any drama. There are plenty of places nearby where the employees follow the hygiene standards and are more polite towards...

The pizzas and focaccias at the counter are sold by weight, which is not being made very clear at all. We asked for a piece of focaccia and one piece of pizza, and they just cut two huge pieces of each and sold them to us at a ridiculous price (again - the price is determined by the weight, but by the time we realised it was too late). I then raised it with the staff and they played dumb. I believe this happened because I went there with my English partner and we were speaking English, so they probably thought we were dumb tourists.

RUDE STAFF! Lady with dark hair she is extremely rude and unhappy all the time, she pukes her unhappiness to her customers!!! I work close by and I usually do my lunch break there, all the time she is rude or unhappy, I have also worked in a cafe and I know it can be very tiring, that's why I always tried to be easy costumer, but me and all of my colleagues agree that she is rude and we definitely do not want to go there anymore because of HER! She is usually very slow and impolite. You can do not like your job but at least be polite and do not puke your anger...
