Panino Giusto — Restaurant in Milan

Having never reviewed anything in google before, I feel compelled to throw my voice into the ring. I wish I could rely more on these reviews so I’m trying to set things straight here. This is a wonderful place! It is not fancy at all, sort of an Italian version of the perfect diner, but with great wines by the glass. You couldn’t ask more of a simple lunch place or a spot for an apéritivo. They are a B corp and use wonderful ingredients, the food is tasty and the staff is sweet but not invasive. They have real salads by California standards and great desert, which is a tough one to find in bella Italia. Not worth going majorly out of the way for, but an absolute standby...

io vorrei solo parlare del servizio di un vostro specifico dipendente. Solo perchè eravano 5 ragazzi di vent'anni, e anche lui aveva la nostra stessa età, ha iniziato a prenderci in simpatia e a fare il brillante con noi. Un mio amico gentilmente le aveva chiesto il drink più fresco che avevano, e lui continuava a rispondere "L'acqua" ripetutamente prendendolo in giro come se fosse uno scemo. C'è io mi chiedo veramente come queste persone possano trovare un posto di lavoro. Un 'altro episodio sempre con lo stesso cameriere, io avevo ordinato un drink alle 17:40 ma l'aperitivo iniziava alle 18, però tanto pensavo che appena scattate le 18 mi portavano subito l'aperitivo. Invece alle 18:20 li ho chiamati io per l'aperitivo, ma mi hanno risposto:" no ormai il drink l'hai finito, o ne prendi un'altro oppure a te non ti porto l'aperitivo". Io sono rimasto scioccato, avevo il sangue che stava ribollendo dentro di me. Quindi in conclusione per l'aperitivo non ve lo consiglio, se la credono così tanto che non fanno nemmeno lo Spritz classico ma delle loro rivisitazioni che ovviamente non ve lo dico neanche.... Per i panini non lo so perchè vedendo l'aperitivo non ho nemmeno avuto il coraggio di prendere un panino. Scusate per questa recensione ma era da fare, cercato di individuare il soggetto in questione e cercate di agire di conseguenza....

Very poor service, the staff not that friendly & lied about the orders (food). After 50mnts the food came but not what I expected, its not fresh Mackerel (as I requested to be fully grilled, its look the meat coming from tuna can). Definitely not visit again. But thank you to the waitress from Maldova, she’s very patient & she’s the 1 who alert whenever I called to asked something....
