Terrible service! Me and my friends came here for some drinks and aperitivo. The drinks and wine were fine, snacks as well - you get quite a few. They don’t offer any nonalcoholic beer or mocktails, which is a shame - my boyfriend could only pick soda or water. The service was honestly quite bad, the staff wasn’t friendly and welcoming to us as foreigners, even though I speak Italian and tried to communicate in Italian (as the waitress’s English was quite poor). Around 10 p.m. they suddenly took all of our snacks away, even though we haven’t finished eating!!! They literally took it in between our bites, which was very rude. When asked why, they said the kitchen was closing - I understand that, but I cannot understand why they didn’t inform the customers about it 10-15 minutes prior, so that we could finish up our food! They did that to other customers as well. Also, it was Friday night, and a lot of people were still eating their snacks and drinking. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I definitely won’t be...
Read moreWe had a really nice experience the first time, stood 2 hours, even told the waiter about his mistake in our bill, and he offered us a drink for our honesty. The day after, when we arrived, a waiter complimented my friend about her tatoos. A minute after, a waitress came to told us we had to leave in an hour because "the table was booked". We offered to change tables (there was plenty others available), and she said they where all booked. This waitress was not here the day before. She came twice during our time to take our drinks before they were finished. She was relly unkind to us, but refused no one during this hour, and said to no one else that "the tables were all booked". Was she jealous ? Did she think we were a lesbian couple and then wanted us to leave because of that ? We'll never know, but we were disgusted that the only waitress was being so nasty...
Read moreLooked for a place to have a snack until our room was ready, and it was close to our hotel. Really nice place, art on the wall wasn't my taste but the overall vibe was pleasant. Friendly and professional staff. We ordered the "maxi toast" which is a big toast of ham and fontina cheese. The quality of the products was really good but I think the sandwich needs something else in it, since it comes out dry. Too dry in my opinion. We also got the "sfizioso" which is like a burger but with porchetta instead of a meat patty, and with artichokes in it. Delicious. A little messy because of the oil of the artichoke, but a great sandwich. They also made 2 perfect aperlo spritzers, so after that, we were ready to go back for a nap at the hotel. It's definitely a nice place for a light snack during the day, or night if you don't want to eat...
