First of all, it’s worth appreciating that this is an all-you-can-eat buffet—a real highlight for big guys who enjoy a hearty meal at a fair price. Despite the buffet format, the food is delicious, well-prepared, and offered at a fantastic value.

I’ve traveled across Italy more than once, but such warm and attentive service is truly rare. You can tell the staff genuinely care about every single guest. On that particular day, I was having some personal difficulties, and the team went out of their way to help me—something I know wouldn’t have happened in many other places.

I would still close my eyes on relatively poor aperitivo/above average price, however, the management of the place is just so TERRIBLE that I had no choice but to write this review. We were asked to pay for the drinks as soon as the waiter brought them, as we did. Later on, while leaving we were demanded to pay again. All our attempts to explain that we’d already paid were attacked with anger. The staff was mean and inconsistent with their claims. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti con pane, olio e un ottimo burro. Il personale, fin da subito molto disponibile e preparato, ci ha spiegato con cura tutti i tipi di carne e ci ha consigliato alla grande. Avevamo sbagliato a ordinare un vino, ma con grande gentilezza ci hanno rifatto il calice corretto senza addebitarci quello errato.

Come antipasto ci hanno servito un tagliere di salumi iberici: uno simile a una bresaola leggermente affumicata, un prosciutto cotto anch’esso affumicato e un chorizo a dir poco clamoroso. Uno più buono dell’altro. Avevamo il piatto sotto la luce e si vedeva il grasso che luccicava, si scioglieva: una meraviglia.

Dopo qualche minuto di attesa sono arrivati i tre piatti di carne che avevamo ordinato: il brisket di black angus, la guancia di maiale con salsa al rafano e il ribeye. Anche qui siamo rimasti a bocca aperta per la bontà: i primi due si tagliavano con la forchetta, morbidissimi grazie alla lunga cottura dei tagli scelti.

Come contorno abbiamo preso delle patatine fritte: non ai livelli della carne, ma comunque di buona qualità.

A fine pasto, la cameriera ha offerto a mia mamma dei dolci fatti in casa, mentre noi abbiamo preso l’ananas scottato con sale Maldon e una frolla con crema e frutta. I biscottini erano molto buoni, la tortina fresca ma non eccezionale, e l’ananas buono, anche se non lo riprenderei per gusti personali. Il locale è pulito e curato, situato in una delle zone più belle di Milano, proprio di fronte all’Arco della Pace.
