Our review looks like it will be a common theme with hundreds of others. It looked like a busy restaurant right across the Arco Della Pace, so we sat down outside. No one told us ordering was via app only. Once we figured it out, we ordered 1 pasta 1 pizza 1 Coke and 1 beer. The place was super busy but no one looked like they were being served. After 20min we asked 1 of only 2 waiters where our drinks were, he said they were busy. 10min later, our 2 drinks came. We waited another 15min, so 45min in, and still no sign of food while a select few other tables that had been seated after us started seeing food. We then asked the other of 2 waiters, he said sorry we are really busy. We understand the European way of life, but after 45min and no service, this isn’t right. We signaled the manager who was walking by and asked where when we could expect our food as we had been here almost 1 hour, he was very rude in his response, not apologetic, and really didn’t seem like he cared for our, or anything other people’s for that matter, business. He told us we’re busy what you want me to do and stormed off. So we got up and went inside immediately to the nice lady at the door, informed her we are leaving and that we’d like to pay for our drinks. She apologized and stated this app system is not working for them and causing major problems with staff and kitchen. Although I can appreciate it, it isn’t my problem and if the manager had been nicer and apologetic we would have maybe considered staying a bit longer. The manager came by again, totally ignoring us, but deleted all our ordered items from the computer screen and just left the lady at the door to collect payment on the beer and coke. Working in the industry myself, I would have told the client the Coke and beer would be free for the trouble, but no, we had to pay our 10€. We did and happily left. Several tables after us followed suit and to be honest the people who were served didn’t seem happy at all. Stay away from this place and try something else nearby. They don’t care for your business obviously! Such a shame given its proximity right across such a nice monument....

We ordered two pizzas and asked for them to be cut. One was barely sliced, and the other wasn’t cut at all. When we asked them to cut the second one, they took it to the kitchen, where the staff just stood around staring at it, as if something was wrong with it.
On top of that, after paying in cash and receiving our change, as we were about to leave, the staff asked to see the money because the waiter had supposedly made a mistake. When we asked what the issue was, they just kept saying, “Show us the money.” The amount in question was only 2 euros, but we are 100% sure we received the correct change.
And the pizza itself? A disaster. The dough was so runny that it was literally melting. A very unpleasant experience—we definitely do not recommend this place.
UPDATE - My review is based on my personal experience during a visit to this restaurant. I described exactly what happened, including the issues with cutting the pizzas, the situation where we were asked to show our money, and the consistency of the dough. These are my genuine observations and opinions. I understand you may disagree, but please do not claim that I was never at your restaurant. Every customer has the right to share their experience based on what they encountered. It is not normal to tell a customer they were never there, and it’s a shame I didn’t take photos of the worst pizza I have ever tried in my...
Read moreThe first day I got in Milan, in 2014, after a full day of walking my steps took me to a quiet place near Arco della Pace, on Corso Sempione.
That was the first time I ate at Pizza OK and since I visited Milano 5 more times during the last years I had the chance to eat a few more times at this place.
To keep the review short I will focus on the main points:
• Location-is not exactly in the middle of the city but if you visit Castello Sforzesco you can cross the park and grab a bite to eat.
• The place-simple but clean. Do not expect something fancy. There are a lot of locals eating there.
• Staff- each time I was there I received a good service. Nothing to complain about.
• Pizza- the pizzas are huge by any standard, edges falling out of the plates and are good. It is not the best pizza I ever had but each time I was there I enjoyed it.
• Price- as far as I can remember the pizza is cheap. I never ordered anything else from the menu so I can’t help you in this regard.
A fair warning though: the dough of the pizza is sometimes too crispy. I am not used to pizza breaking in my hands when eating but rather more bending and hanging so this is the first time I ever saw that.
All in all I would have to say I sometimes miss Milan and the evenings in which I enjoyed a pizza at this place. If you’re in the area...
