An absolute disgrace of a business in Milan - Duomo dal 1959 - Arco della Pace. Abysmal food! Most importantly it is like they went head hunting for waiters from leftovers of other worst places outside Italy. Incompetent and extremely aggressive, insulting you when you leave the bar as a paying customer, just because you asked if you could order the coffee (not a normal espresso mind you) at the bar, with all the precautional PPE in place, and then sit at a table outside as per current legislation. The "waiter", who even likes to call himself the manager of the place, not only grabs you as if to try and intimidate you but also calls "coglione" infront of other customers to beef himself up and appear in the right. No business owner should even dare to allow a hiring as per this case, because the police and eventually legal teams will get involved against their whole shady organization and sue them for defamation and public aggression - IN MILAN, ITALY. To top that off, he continues to ignorantly and hypocritically shout "I have work to do", yet he stands still to insult the client more. Such a disgrace and disrespect towards other Italian hard-working F&B service givers. Does NOT absolutely deserve a job without going through the necessary and proper training, and unfortunately for his employer/s, he needs endless sensitivity training and a proper manners education as to how respect, mind you not just a client, but human beings in general. NEVER set foot in this place if you do not want to either FALL SICK, catch FOOD POISONING or even NONSENSICALLY BE INSULTED by incapable staff with repressed anger management issues.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! We went to have coffee and some pastries. We chose to sit inside the coffee. The waiters were only paying attention to the customers outside and they did not take our order for about 10 minutes. Even after bringing our order, the waiter did nothing to clean. Unbelievable! As you can see we had to open up space ourselves. These empty glasses, papers, half filled bottle of water and the dirt were disgusting. Also, even though the cappuccino and the pastries were okay, the marocchino coffees were not prepared properly. They just dusted very little amount of cacao but it should have been filled with chocolate and the glasses were so little. Adding their ‘cost of service’ to the overall bill, it was not worth it but at least we were able to charge our phones for a little bit. Overall, If it was possible to give no stars I would give no stars. Avoid this place!

The place have a beautiful location. But trust me. It's not worth it. Staff are screwing the place. They are very rude. Especially if you are foreigner, they laughing on you taste in food preference and saying "Italian never eat sea food parts with cheese". Well, I'm NOT Italian. Anyway it's not mean you must laugh laud. I've been travel to 37 country's in my life so far and I want to tell to the staff. It's a thing call "body language". It's when you travel a lot you can understand what you are saying laud not nesesarry I must SPEAK you language. So, the staff is super rude. And the servise it's coming like opposite way. First main dish, then drink (after I say where is my drink) then only the bread! Oh. I though maybe I'm not Italian and then think I no need full servise? Stay away and spend momey somewhere else. There is plenty of places around in this...
