Roadhouse Meatery — Restaurant in Milan

Here after seeing the menu,I had ordered many courses and they have something called also Crunchy fried fish in starters, but inside it's fried squid. When I asked why it's squid but not fish as mentioned ,the eldest waiter/ manager he answered,it s explained in Italian as fried Totoni. Then started arguing , which country you are from , and other countries it's not written in italian , my question is if it's not fish then don't write fish. If it's is for Italian write Tottoni fritto not Fried Fish don't mislead the customers with wrong headings. Service is something near to insulting customers. Rather than taking blame or changing the same he just went off , as if I did the mistake by ordering. Better learn to accept the mistake and change from it. Food was below...

After vacation in places, where meat = chicken, we were thrilled to see those steaks in this place. Meat was 4.5 stars. Setup tables etc: 4 stars; nothing special. Service: 3.5 stars: few english, somehow they didn't understand that we wanted also a first dish. At least the steaks came quickly. They didn't quite know what steaks they have or couldn't give us any advice.

Their menu includes a variety of options, burgers, ribs etc. Not thrilled about their sauces (at least the ones I tried). In the cover is also a big bucket of peanuts. Price is fair, expect something between 15-25€ per person I guess.

Total: 4 stars. I would definitely go again if I lived in...

Sono venuto con un mio amico la scorsa settimana per consumare una tagliata in offerta settimanale. Conosco perfettamente la catena ristorativa in questione e so esattamente che lo standard va rispettato in tutti gli store e che non si sta parlando di qualità alta del prodotto, ma per un'uscita frugale una sera ci può stare. Ciò che mi ha colpito però a differenza di altre recensioni e che mi ha spinto a scrivere é stato il servizio, l'attenzione e la cura per il cliente. Per rispettare giustamente il distanziamento ci siamo ritrovati nella parte posteriore del locale vicino a bagni e cucina, il problema non sarebbe stato neanche questo, ma l'assoluta assenza dei camerieri. Abbiamo preso un antipasto di vari assaggi, ci sono stati portati al tavolo senza piatti dove poterli consumare, dopo diversi minuti si é affacciata una cameriera alla quale abbiamo chiesto i piatti per poter mangiare, peccato che l'antipasto si fosse già freddato. Le tagliate ci sono state servite senza oli per i condimenti, ed anche qui per non far sì che si freddassero ci siamo dovuti alzare per chiederle! Ora mi domando come si posso avere tali mancanze? Le stoviglie ed i condimenti penso siano fondamentali, alla base di ogni ristorazione. Per concludere dopo aver consumato la tagliata ci accorgiamo che se avessimo avuto del pane avremmo potuto degustare meglio il condimento rilasciato dalla carne, ma ci sovviene l'idea che forse in questo tipo di format non fosse previsto, peccato che dopo 20 minuti in un tavolo accanto altre persone dopo di noi stavano consumando la stessa pietanza arricchita con il cestino di pane. Dispiace dare brutte valutazioni soprattutto alla gente che lavora, premetto cosa che non ho fatto prima che forse potevano esserci un paio di ragazze in formazione professionale, però appunto per questo gradirei che un supervisor, cosa che dice anche il nome formasse e controllasse l'operato di tutti sia trainer che alunni, troppo facile stare solo...
