Serafini Bakery and Pastry Shop — Restaurant in Milan

Stopped by while waiting for the 24 tram, decided to try the potato focaccine, and they were absolutely delicious! We had 2 to try, and then went back ordered 2 more and a pizzetta and a würstel focaccina!

As good as the potato focaccine were, unfortunately, the pizzetta and the würstel ones were just okay, slightly dry.

We’ll stick to the potato ones next time!

To note, pricing was confusing. We paid 1.30€ for 2, but 2.70€ for 4, so maybe the focaccine do not all have...

Very friendly staff, the chocolate/nutella croissant was out of this world, probably the best I have ever tasted. There was plenty of filling which oozed out when you took a bit. The coffee was also of high quality and the price could not be beaten. Next time I am in Milan, this will be my go to cafe...

Poche volte ho avuto a che fare con una persona così scortese e antipatica. Ho fatto un ordine di 90 focaccine, arrivo al ritiro ed erano diverse da come le avevo ordinate e non ero neanche stata avvisata nonostante avessero il mio numero. Chiedo di vederle e questa mi risponde “eh no le ho già chiuse”, ma nel momento in cui sto pagando una cosa che non ho ordinato le chiedo di vedere e davanti a tutti dice “eh meno male che oggi è venerdì”. Ero davvero a disagio, se non mi fossero servite me ne sarei andata, mi dispiace perché la ragazza che mi ha preso l’ordine è stata di una gentilezza estrema (penso fosse sudamericana purtroppo non so il nome). Mi ha fatta andare via con 3 vassoi enormi in mano senza sacchetto perché diceva di non averne. Poverina quella ragazza, non dev’essere facile vivere ed essere così antipatica, scortese e pure maleducata....
