We visited this beautiful family-run Indian restaurant twice during our Milan trip, and both experiences were absolutely memorable. The food is lovingly prepared by an elderly motherly lady, and you can truly taste the warmth and care of “maa ke haath ka khana” in every dish. The flavors were authentic, fresh, and reminded us of home.

What touched us even more was their kindness and flexibility—they thoughtfully made dietary changes to suit our 5-year-old daughter’s needs, ensuring she too enjoyed the meal. The family’s hospitality made us feel like we were dining in a relative’s home.

The best part? Despite the top quality, the prices were very pocket-friendly, making it such a wonderful experience without burning a hole in your wallet.

On our second visit, we even got food packed for our further travel, and it was the perfect comforting meal on the go.

If you’re looking for authentic Indian food in Milan with home-style warmth and great value, this is a hidden gem not to be missed. We’ll definitely visit again on our next trip!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Tandoori Bites restaurant due to both the service from the owners and the staff. Upon arrival, we were greeted with little enthusiasm and had to wait a long time for service. The owners seemed uninterested in making customers feel welcome, and the staff was inattentive throughout the meal.

We had to flag down a server multiple times for basic things like water refills and condiments, and even then, it took far too long for them to return. The owner was seen interacting with the staff in a disrespectful manner, which only made the situation worse. It was clear that there was a lack of leadership and communication between the front and back of the house.

Despite the food being decent, the poor service overshadowed the experience. It's disappointing that a place with potential failed so badly when it came to providing good customer service. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone who values timely,...

we had eaten so much pasta and pizza that we just wanted Indian food and found this to be the most disappointing meal of our lives. there was a lady staring at us whole time. the waiter eating while supposedly serving us. he forgot to give us the Coke Zero we had ordered. the bar tender filled water bottle from the tap and charged 4 euros as if we had ordered a bottle of water. food was at best a 4/10. the highlight was the pani of pani puri. chicken tikka masala was brought out as a chicken tikka, ie. pieces of chicken taken back and put into a gravy that was served as the tikka masala. it tasted like nothing, bland flavorless and dull. lamb biryani was not a biryani, instead rice cooked alone and lamb cooked alone and then assembled, it tasted wet, soggy, rice was low quality. paneer makhani was a very unique makhani. one that tasted like a mix vegetable stew. the paneer had a weird after taste. the naan was dry and tasted as if it was frozen and warmed up. would...
