Wond — Restaurant in Milan

The owner of Wond restaurant is a second-generation Chinese immigrant from Wenzhou, who has skillfully blended the unique flavors of Chinese seafood cuisine into Italian-style seafood dishes, creating amazing cuisine. Wenzhou is one of China's most famous hometowns of seafood, with delicious and fresh seafood that is bursting with flavor.

On the night we visited, Wond restaurant was already fully booked, and we were the only Asian customers dining with local Italian guests, enjoying the food and laughter together, making it our happiest meal in Milan. Wond's seafood dishes were particularly fresh, leaving a lasting impression.

The owner was very welcoming and friendly, treating us to delicious red wine and desserts, and even preparing a post-dinner drink to help us relax after returning to our hotel. If I ever return to Milan, I would definitely visit Wond restaurant again to taste their unique cuisine and experience the owner's warm...

the place opens til 23.30 but some residents came down to warn us about noise we made at 22.30 saying that noisy activities outside is prohibited 22:00-07:00. Then residents from the near buildings curses us and throwing stuffs like eggs and glasses from above, threatening our lives when we talked loud outside. Restaurants should close earlier to obey the laws rather than endangering the lives...

Ristorante gestito da cinesi che fa cibo italiano: speravamo in un buon fusion. Cena di famiglia con mia mamma e mio figlio di 13 anni. Sconto The Fork e recensioni ottime. Non poteva andare male, no? E invece abbiamo purtroppo sperimentato una cena piuttosto deludente. I piatti appaiono belli alla vista, ma il sapore? Dove sta il sapore? Tartare di salmone senza gusto. Ho spremuto sopra del limone e nemmeno quello sapeva di nulla e no, il covid non c’entra. Paccheri allo scoglio gommosi con pesce senza gusto. Tutto coperto da un sugo pesante, che oltre a non essere buonissimo copriva il poco sapore che il pesce aveva. Cotoletta nella media. Gamberoni e scampi al sale… beh sapevano di sale ovviamente. Diciamo non il piatto peggiore. Il conto è stato digeribile solo perché scontato, a prezzo pieno sarebbe stato scandaloso. Comunque non ci tornerei nemmeno con lo sconto. Il tutto contornato dagli schiamazzi in sottofondo del personale, che parlavano ad alta voce tra di loro creando un’atmosfera da mensa più che da ristorante.
