This place only opens on Sundays, so we waited several days to try it because of all the great reviews. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. The fried fish basket came with just two shrimp, lots of squid or octopus, a couple sardines, and some fried tentacles — all mixed together without much flavor. They shouldn’t call it mixed fish basket. At the bottom, there was fried dough that wasn’t even seafood. If you’re expecting a nice white fish fillet, you won’t find it here.

Was it good… I guess . Was it what I was expecting… definitely not. On the menu it says fried fish basket. There was no fish in it. Only squid, octopus, sardines, shrimp, and fried bread. I didn’t eat anything but the shrimp. If that is the kind of seafood you want I would recommend, I just wasn’t expecting that. I think the owner needs to specify what exactly you are getting. The owner seems very nice and she runs a good business. They are only open on Sundays btw. Lots of locals...

Absolutely loved this little spot! They serve freshly fried seafood that’s super tasty and full of flavor. Everything was hot and crispy — you could tell it was just made. We only waited about 5 minutes, and the service was really friendly and welcoming. Prices were quite reasonable, especially compared to other places in the area.
