I think it's the best store in Montalcino if you know what you want to purchase. I've been here on multiple occasions and the service was good despite them being understaffed. Many people visit this store so allow enough time to be patient. The selection is huge and the prices are fair. I admit that I'm not the easiest customer and Claudio was very patient and helped me search the whole shop to find/check if they had the labels and vintages I was looking for. Thanks to you and I look forward to...

Brought my clients here...after a 10 day wine tour.

They spent 600 euros on wine... 2 months later... No wine ... Stuck in Milan and all the couriers fault??!!! Really.

I send wine all over the World it takes 7,days...we have chased them and Silvia promised she would deal with it... We gave them alot of time and at the end told them enough is enough... Its cast a shadow on my clients tour...on my company who trusted BD to deliver the wine. Do not trust them to deliver the wine.

To the owner of this place - When attending to customers from overseas, be careful with language and comments made by the staff members. Especially, being an Italian who speaks many languages and living abroad, I would not recommend this place for shopping after hearing staff members saying inappropriate comments about customers. Also, the service...
