Food was great and delicious. I can highly recommend their starter — octopus with potato cream — so good, I didn’t even take a photo as it was eaten within seconds. The main dishes were delicious too, hats off to the chefs. I had the risotto with seafood and my friend ordered the pizza quattro formaggi.
The 2 stars are only for the food, as the service was chaotic and disappointing. There was one young waitress who seemed uninterested and unprofessional throughout. After my friend finished the starter and placed the dirty utensils on the plate, she picked them up but left them on the tablecloth instead of bringing clean ones.
When we ordered another glass of fresh orange juice, the used one wasn’t taken away — so we ended up with four glasses on the table, two of them empty and dirty. We waited around 30–40 minutes for the main meals without asking, assuming the kitchen was just busy. We were patient and enjoying the atmosphere.
But then we unexpectedly received the bill — without asking for it — and our main dishes (which we were still waiting for) were already included. It turned out they had forgotten our order. The couple next to us had also ordered a cappuccino with dessert and didn’t receive it.
When the pizza finally arrived, it was the wrong one — already billed. One waitress looked over at a colleague with an awkward expression and left without saying anything to us. It was unclear whether she didn’t speak English or was unsure how to handle the situation.
Eventually, the main waiter came with an apology and the correct meals were brought out within five minutes of us raising the issue. When it came time to pay, another waitress (with glasses) handled it very kindly and apologized on behalf of the restaurant.

At our arrival the table wasn't ready but it can happen and we waited eagerly for a good 10 minutes. After seating, we had to wait another 15 minutes to be able to order: 1 tuna tartare to share as appetizer, 1 Spaghetti with clams and 1 Spaghetti alla taverna as main dishes, and 1 grilled sea bass as second course.
We received the appetizer rather quickly, but after that everything went downhill. The main dishes took over 40minutes to be delivered, whilst a table that arrived after us received their main dishes before us, and the seafood in the pasta was ridden with sand.
Immediately after finishing the main course, we are asked to move tables because another reservation needs our seats to be fulfilled. We decided to cancel the sea bass and leave the premise.
I don't see why my reservation is worth less than another.
The service was extremely unprofessional, the food mediocre and we highly encourage people to avoid this restaurant.

When a table becomes available, they are seated only according to the number of people; if the table is for 4 people, then 2 people will not be seated at it. Even if the desired table becomes available, you need to ask the administrator to seat you at it. Our order was taken quite quickly after boarding. But after almost an hour of waiting at the table, they never brought it to us, due to the fact that the waiter who took our order turns out not to have served this table, and did not transfer our order to the kitchen. And the waiter who had the right to serve this table in an hour never came. We contacted the administrator to resolve the problem. They didn’t apologize to us, didn’t even offer us a light snack or a compliment from the chef to make up for the establishment’s fault. We didn't manage to have dinner; 2.5 hours of waiting was too much.
The guest policy needs to be changed. It is better to book a table in advance, but it is not a fact that you will receive your order, they may forget about you. I don't...
