Antica Pizzeria Capasso dal 1954 — Restaurant in Naples

I have been waiting for my pizza for 50 minutes and it is still not here.Terrible service. By the way i also ordered a starter and it's not here either. I have seen already 20 "just eat" pizzas get delivered. If you give preference to people using an app rather than your actual customers you will be better off to close your restaurant to the public and focus uniquely on selling pizzas through the internet. update i never got my pizza and they tried to overcharge me for the starter. They even tried to charge me 1.50 per person for the "service". At the end the owner said everything was for "free" (two bottles of water 1.50 each and the starter 5 euros), since i refused to pay for an inexistence service. But who gives me back my wasted 2 hours waiting for my pizza? At the end we went to the street restaurants nearby and we had our pizza served in 10 minutes. BTW the prices in just eat are cheaper than in the restaurant. If you really want a pizza from this place just place an order through just eat, it will be cheaper...

You should not eat here. This area is riddled with great pizzerias, but this is not one of them. We asked for take away and the waiter immediately wanted us us to order a specific pizza, which felt less like a recommendation and more like a command. We kindly asked to have the pizza of our choice and the waiter took payment. Literately 5 seconds later had our pizza ready, which we were baffled with but had to hurry up to the rest of the party walking up to the flat across the street. Once there we noticed it was the pizza that the waiter “recommended” and it was cold. Further more it had the distinction of being both a little burnt on the bottom yet had half-melted mozzarella on top. A truly bizarre experience and all we had to say was “why??”. For this area this pizza was definitely a one...

Se ci fosse un voto in negativo lo darei molto volentieri. Spero che il messaggio arrivi a chi di dovere e serva da consiglio a chi si appresta ad andare a mangiare in questo locale.

La maggior parte dei locali della zona erano chiusi a causa della festa scudetto del Napoli. Siamo arrivati in 2 persone alle 21.00 e ci hanno sistemato all'interno ad un tavolo con sedie bagnate prese dall'esterno dove stava piovendo.

Sono passati almeno 20 minuti per poter ordinare e ricevere la tovaglietta e le posate. Abbiamo ordinato due pizze insieme ad un antipasto con fritto proposto dal proprietario in sostituzione alle crocchette di patate e bruschette con pomodoro che avevamo richiesto, in quanto a detta loro "non c'era tempo per farle".

Dopo 1 ora senza vedere niente al nostro tavolo abbiamo chiesto al cameriere del nostro ordine e ci ha risposto in maniera ironica ma sgradevole "Forse le vostre pizze sono state buttate". Tra l'altro altre persone arrivate dopo di noi erano state servite prima di noi.

Dopo un'ora e mezzo è arrivata una delle due pizze e un piatto vuoto per la mia ragazza che doveva servire per l'antipasto a base di fritto.

Stavo finendo la mia pizza e ancora non avevano portato niente a lei, le ho dato alcune fette della mia pizza.

Ad un certo punto il proprietario si è avvicinato al tavolo chiedendoci come era andata con la pizza e "il fritto".

Gli abbiamo fatto presente che ancora il fritto non era arrivato e che la mia ragazza non aveva ancora mangiato niente. Lui ha risposto in maniera arrogante che secondo lui il fritto era stato portato al tavolo e che se non fosse arrivato avremmo dovuto avvisare noi.

A quel punto, presi dalla disperazione ci siamo alzati, abbiamo pagato solo quanto consumato e siamo andati via.

Segnalo inoltre una serie di altre cose raccapriccianti e inaccettabili che abbiamo visto all'interno del locale: cassette della pasta della pizza posizionate sul pavimento visibilmente sporco in alcuni punti con pezzetti di intonaco del muro cameriere con pantaloni leggermente abbassati e con sedere visibile, disgustoso vaschetta piena di posate caduta a terra per prendere del vino su una mensola alta è stato chiesto ad una cliente di alzarsi e salire sulla sedia per prenderlo

Penso non serva...
