Not accommodating for allergies. It’s 2024 and most places are much more accommodating for allergies by now. I ordered something that was shown in the display case and it did not have the food I was allergic to, and it was not listed in the menu, but when it was served, it was topped with something I cannot eat due to an allergy. Also, there isn’t even an area on the menu where allergens are listed even though it says there is. Even using google translate as I don’t speak Italian, the servers were not really helpful with accommodating for my allergies. Freshly squeezed orange juice and prosecco! They also checked on us to make sure we're ok throughout our time there. And friendly conversation.

The prosecco was delicious and the location is not far from the station, lovely place to relax and chat. I'd definitely visit again.

Glasses were clean which my mum is very particular about and mum is extremely hard to please and she was glad with the service and cleanliness. I would definitely be back in future.

Mi dispiace fare una recensione negativa, in quanto non sono solita farne, ma credo che in questo caso sia opportuno farla. Mi trovavo ieri in stazione con una mia amica, in attesa che lei prendesse il treno. Cerchiamo un posto per fare un aperitivo e troviamo questo, che ci sembrava carino. Ci sediamo al bancone, dove c'era una barista intenta a parlare con un'altra persona. Nonostante non ci fossero altri clienti in attesa, la barista si rivolge a noi dopo un bel po', come se non ci fossimo. Chiediamo uno spritz entrambe, quindi, senza neanche chiederci come lo volessimo o se grandissimo anche qualcosa da mangiare insieme allo spritz, ci viene servito questo spritz che sembrava campari, ma dal gusto davvero troppo intenso. E vabbè, il gusto è personale, quindi non discuto. Però appunto nessuno ci aveva chiesto come lo volessimo. Alle nostre rimostranze, ci è stato risposto che lì si servivano solo prodotti del loro marchio. Va benissimo, ma perché non dirlo appena ci siamo sedute o quando abbiamo chiesto da bere? Se siamo due avventori occasionali, come possiamo saperlo se non ci viene detto?
