Really bad customer service. My dad and I were going to get a muffin and a croissant. We tried to order and they pointed to the other side of the room where you order drinks. The croissant and muffin were on their side though. When I tried to ask why she wanted us to go to a different line, I was ignored. She then served multiple other customers before I cut in and asked why I wasn’t able to order the muffin. She came over and pointed to the muffin and I said I wanted that one. She motioned for me to pay so I got my card and did. It was stressful and rude. I won’t go back there. Hopefully the muffin is good. If you speak English, they probably won’t help you. I just tried the muffin. It’s not audible. It tastes like soap in the texture of a sponge. Don’t both eating here. If you do, the mens side of the place is good, my sisters went there. If I could put a zero star I would. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, when I came in no one directed us on where to order. When I was ordering as soon as I spoken English she turned her nose up at me I began to order my coffee and asked for a take out she then rolled her eyes at me. I also wanted to order a Pastry but didn’t know the name so I began to point over and she just looked right through me a customer actually had to speak to her as she ignored where I was pointing to. Then as I was paying she was taking about me to her colleagues laughing and they all was looking at me I was stood with my boyfriend and he was appalled by how rude they where . I am only a young girl and I found this disgusting I honestly wish I would of complained but I felt so uncomfortable. My friend and I were very hungry when we found this restaurant. We were served by a blonde girl who wore glasses. She spoke excellent English and supported us in ordering 2 plates of spaghetti, a margherita pizza and some water. After that, she recommended some desserts and espresso coffee. Because we are Muslim, she was very helpful in finding us desserts without alcohol. The food was amazing but she also had time to chat with us about Italy.
