this place is so bad i felt i should write a review. i have never written a bad review in my life and i hate leaving them as i have work in hospo my entire life and understand they can be over dramatic.

however, to start the waiters were so rude and condescending. they were closing so they were rushed which is completely understandable we would’ve preferred they turned us away rather than give us a the worst customer service i’ve received in my life.

in terms of the food my partner ordered the beef ragu pasta the waiter came out with a feral pasta you would not feed to your new born. our main problem with it was there way no beef in the ‘beef’ ragu. when i went inside to try resolve the situation i was treated like an idiot, mansplained how ragu was made (i’ve made and ate many ragus in my life, i know what it taste like 😂) and told that “it’s not my problem if you can’t taste beef”. only redeeming quality about the food was my pizza which was okay but you could definitely find better any where in italy.

The food was really good, but the portion a bit small in my opinion. The biggest problem was with waiting for a meal. Two of three persons get pastas fast, but we've waited extra 20 min or even more for a lasagna... We went for a dinner with my dad who has a birthday that day and we wanted eat something together, not separatamente. All the time a waiter was coming and saying that the lasagne is coming.. We just almost give up of the meal, when it finally came. But I'm really disappointed, especially with no compensation and with service fee for which...

Pessima esperienza. Frittura Italia composta da arancini, crocchette e frittatine di pasta: crocchette con patata cruda, arancini bruciati, unica lode alle frittate di pasta gustose. Primi passabili: abbiamo scelto tutti scialatielli con condimenti differenti; con patate e provola era mangiabile; con ragù sapeva un po' di bruciato ma gustoso; allo scoglio si poteva fare meglio ma non era da buttare. Frittura solo calamari gommosi e amari. Patate al forno buone. Zuppa di cozze buona ma il pane usato per le bruschette a fondo piatto era vecchio (odorava sgradevolmente di chiuso) Insalata caprese con pomodori acerbi, ma può essere questione di gusti. Polpette al sugo salatissime, non conteggiate a menù dopo lamentela. Caffè in bicchierino di carta a 2€ e grappa servita in bicchierini di plastica usa e getta a 4€/CAD... Servizio lento e disordinato. Ma non per colpa della sala: sono i piatti di cucina che escono alla rinfusa. Ti invitano ad entrare perché stai in coda al ristorante di fianco ma non sono all'altezza nemmeno del kebab di periferia. Eravamo solo di passaggio, ma la prossima volta passeremo in altra zona o attenderemo per entrare dal loro vicino. Dispiace perché dobbiamo lavorare tutti ma bisogna essere all'altezza per prezzare le portare in questa maniera. 122€ in 4 persone di cui una ha preso solo la caprese, vuole dire una media di 35€ a persona che non sono...
