Walked out of the restaurant while ordering. Warning: I need to vent.
Absolutely rude servers from the start. Walked in and we were told by the waiter to wait for about 10 minutes. He honestly looked like he just didn't want us there or something. The restaurant was 3/4 full but the kitchen may have been busy so totally fine! We waited patiently outside until we were called in.
The waitress came over to take our order and we had a few questions as we are not italian nor familiar with all 400 kinds of pasta. As I was speaking she was constantly making faces, looking around at the other patrons in the restaurant acting like the things I was saying were absurd. I asked her if they could add shrimp to one of the dishes, she didn't understand "shrimp" in English so I pulled up a picture from Google to make it easier. She acted like she didn't know what a shrimp was and made faces. I was pretty annoyed with the horrible attitude at this point so I asked the rest of the table to continue ordering as I was losing my patience. They didn't have much luck talking to her either so we all decided we were just going to leave. We stood up, told her to just cancel the order. Of course she made a face like a spoiled 4 year old.
I really don't know what these ppls deal was. I feel like they may have not wanted tourists there. If you have an explicit dress code or something let us know (we'll gladly leave) but I don't think they did because it's not fancy at all. I've seen servers be exhausted but still not be as rude and disrespectful as these ppl.

Read morea quiet and nicely decorated restaurant — a welcome change compared to other noisy and crowded pizzerias in the area. There’s usually space to sit, and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant.
However, when it comes to the food, I found it disappointing. The portions are quite small for the price, and many dishes felt like they were missing key ingredients. The seafood pasta, for instance, had very little seafood. The pasta with potatoes and bacon had barely any bacon, and the meatballs were mostly bread with very little actual meat.
Overall, it’s not a bad place — the quality is decent — but it feels like they’re cutting corners. It’s good, but not memorable, and I wouldn’t go back. The value just...
Read moreBiancomangiare ist great restaurant with good, friendly service and fantastic food and not overpriced. It has my highest recommendation.
As many other reviewers state, wonderfully understated homey interior, the atmosphere of which would (and definitely could) only be (greatly) improved by dimming the overbright lighting somewhat and putting candles on the tables.
This was not only the best restaurant I found in Naples, but the the best restaurant I‘ve eaten at in a long time. The seared tuna was absolutely perfect and brought tears to my eyes. The chef himself was very friendly and took the time to come out to shake the hand of an overpleased guest! My favorite evening in...
