offer no cutlery. when the appetiser came with no cutlery, we kindly requested cutlery. the waiter brought only one fork when we dine as 2. we worked with it. then when the main came, we ordered steak. we request for cutlery. again the waiter brought only a fork. now we have 2 forks to work with and an uncut steak where we had to eat like a barbaric. you may ask why we didn’t ask for a knife? we did - when we asked for the cutlery for the 3rd time. but it didn’t come and we just can’t be bothered anymore. what about the food? to put simply, i didn’t know a tuna tartare can go so wrong. we had 30% discount already on top, not because the restaurant offered, but because we booked through fork (the irony ha!) even with the discount it’s not worth you precious...

The food was ok and the place is nice but the service was lacking. We came for dinner and although the place has a lot of available tables, we have to wait to be seated close to the bathrooms …. They have one person to serve the drinks but can’t take the order, so we have to wait for some other guy to take the order. We ask for drinks, appetizer and the food at the same time since we have to wait a while to order. Afterwards, they served main courses to varios tables that arrived after us whereas we were still waiting for the appetizer. After a while they served the appetizer and the main courses. Once we finished the food, no one ask to refill the drinks and do not offer dessert, so we decided to ask...

​Prenoto per 8 persone, era un'occasione speciale.

​A gran sorpresa, una volta arrivate ci viene chiesto se fosse un problema dividerci su due tavoli da 4​ - il locale era vuoto. Mostriamo disappunto, anche perché notiamo che i commensali a tavola dovevano ancora dare l'ordinazione. Con grandissima gentilezza il tavolo da 4 accanto a quello proposto a noi si sposta per farci stare tutte insieme ed inizia ​un'odissea.

Subito si contraddistingue l'incompetenza e l'arroganza del personale di sala - e di un cameriere in particolare, che tutto voleva fare tranne che fare il suo lavoro.

Appena il cameriere si avvicina al tavolo per la comanda, giusto per non tralasciare nulla al caso, ci è stato detto che essendo tanti (8 persone 😨) era meglio che scegliessimo piatti uguali. Prende l'ordinazione ed inizia il momento del chill: prima una chiacchierata con l'amico mentre c'è gente che aspetta - che fai non la fai? - ed una sigarettina al volo prima di portare i piatti a tavola?

Dopo poco più di un'ora riceviamo gli antipasti - l'ultimo ad arrivare al tavolo una tartare - e in uno di questi era presente un capello che abbiamo tempestivamente rimosso autonomamente perchè laddove avessimo fatto notare l'inconveniente probabilmente avremmo dovuto aspettare altre 3h per lo stesso piatto.

Non comprendo la motivazione di tutti questi punteggi alti. Dalla nostra esperienza mi sento con tutta franchezza di sconsigliare a chiunque questo locale sia per la mancanza di organizzazione, che per l'arroganza con cui si è posto il personale di sala e, quella cosa a pochi nota, l'IGIENE.
