Shanti Art Musik Bar — Restaurant in Naples

Sat down and server took our order quickly and our drinks came not long after that. Drinks were very nice too. It was hard to get the servers attention when wanting to order our second drink. Finally got her attention and ordered. 30 minutes went by and still no drink so we asked the server again and she had forgotten. Again it took another half an hour and a couple more times reminding the server of our order for our drinks to come. It was a little frustrating as we had only wanted to go for a couple of drinks and ended up being there for over 2 hours and €35 bill for 4 drinks. Atmosphere is nice and the drinks menu is great but we also noticed other tables becoming frustrated with the wait time when there were only around 5-8 other tables. Nice Ambiente BUT: Service is not well instructed how to do the job. Emty drinks, - no initiative to ask if there is anything else wanted. After calling someone to order we wait for 20 minutes for the drinks and they start smoking cigarettes in front of the entrance (which is a no go) instead of starting producing. After I saw that, I put my money on the table waved to them pointed at the money and left. She ran after us and she wanted us to pay for the drinks we ordered but never arrived. After an unfriendly and loud discussion she stepped back and I left again. Unfortunately I forgot my bag and they used it also as a deposit for paying also for the drinks which never arrived. If you are looking for a bar which looks good and offers a bad service....

I would refer to this establishment as more of a lounge than a bar. There is a very relaxing and chill vibe here. There is good music and simple, no frills furniture. It is an alternative to the typical crowded, busy, noisy, and uncomfortable bar seen. There's a decent food and drink menu with friendly service from the employees. There is not a lot of room for loads of people but folks seem to find a whole here and there to park themselves. It's definitely a recommended spot for a lively evening out with opportunity and environment...
