Sono sempre stata cliente, anche se molto anonima perché sono fatta così. Io vi ringrazio infinitamente per il lavoro che fate e per il messaggio che portate avanti con forza, però non ci ritornerò mai più. È la terza volta che mi sbagliate il peso, e questa terza volta è stata disastrosa. Io sono una ragazza che lavora, esattamente come voi e lavoro da quando ero piccola e non posso accettare questo comportamento. I dolci sono sublimi, erano dieci anni che non provavo dolci così buoni, però non è possibile che io vi chiedo una torta da un chilo e me la preparate di oltre due chili. Ho pagato e sono stata una signora, posso accettare variazioni di peso per un 500 grammi, ma non più del doppio di quanto richiesto. Innanzitutto, e se io non avessi avuto con me quei soldi? Ma poi come potete entrare nelle tasche delle persone e presentare una torta che doveva essere di un chilo (e non dire un chilo e mezzo per scusarvi, io al telefono sono stata chiara) da 25 euro al chilo per ben oltre di chili di torta? Vi ringrazio per lo sconto e per il lavoro che fate, sarà sicuramente buonissima ma anche come consiglio, un'altra persona al posto mio ve l'avrebbe lasciata lì in primis perché non mi servono 2 chili di torta e poi perché 50 euro su un conteggio di massimo 30 mi sembrano esagerati.

La torta era stata chiesta da un chilo. La mia recensione è stata rispettosa, ho chiesto conferma a mia madre della richiesta, era presente quando ho chiamato per sincerarmi del fatto che io avessi chiesto espressamente un chilo, infatti avevo anche detto alla ragazza che nessuno l'avrebbe mangiata a parte me. Sinceramente offendere una persona solo perché avete sbagliato non mi sembra una buona giustificazione. Avrei potuto dire che siete pasticcieri esperti e che quindi mi sembra quasi fatto a posta la ricorrente di sbagliare il peso, ma ho preferito non dirlo. Probabilmente avrebbe preferito che io ve la lasciassi lì e andassi via, errore di valutazione, ma stia calmo e non offenda perché se su 25 euro me ne chiede 50 è lei che dovrebbe...

Vegan Italian food. Arrived pretty close to closing time, lady serving was lovely. They have us great explanations of what they had left, and what would be available tomorrow. The sweet treats look amazing, we got this chocolate ball one as pictured, which had a hazelnut creme and salted caramel inside. Tasted just as great as it looked! Looking forward to trying something else tomorrow. Defo worth a stop.

Also got a couple focaccia bread style sandwiches to eat for early dinner, with different Italian hams in them which was really neat to find! Great size sandwich for 5 euro. If we were going out somewhere we would keep one of these packed for...

Amazing!! We went there for lunch and returned the next day because we loved it so much! The Vegan Bab and Mac Vegan were our favorites, so good! The Panino Bomb was also very nice. I recommend ordering a juice with it, it is a surprise what you get. The first time we got a sweet citrus juice and the second time watermelon-orange. The cheesecake was hands down the best cheesecake ever! A very cute place with amazing homemade pastries and food, and a sweet and talented chef! Very fair prices as well....
