Sushi Lab - Poke & More — Restaurant in Naples

1.5 hours of delivery time for 450m distance, raw rice in the poke bowl. . I ordered 4 poke bowls and a sushi box. At first, they notified us that it would take 20 mins to an hour, which was acceptable. But then after an hour and 10 mins, I still was not informed at all. Tried calling them 8 times in total, emailing them then ended up coming to the restaurant myself. At the end, I got the bowls with half cooked rice, it was still hard inside the grain. Liking something is subjective but 0 out of 4 of us enjoyed the food, we even had to recook the rice. This could be one incident, but nonetheless, it was bad. No one was saying sorry to us, even...

Woke up craving sushi and chose this spot not knowing what to expect. Everything we ordered was a delicious work of art neatly packed into tiny to go boxes - yes, while this place does have indoor and outdoor seating, they will still serve your selections in tiny boxes. Convenient!

We asked for wasabi and got little packets of actual wasabi root (this is good! not the ground horse radish like normal!) For drinks, they had Kirin, Sapporo and Asahi, sodas and red and white wines. Hopefully I'll be able to get a poke bowl before I leave, they looked incredible. Definitely...

I normally don’t write reviews but I do for this shop. I can say this shop is one of the best, or even the best poke shop in Italy. I’m Japanese so I know that I have such a high standard for the quality of sushi and poke, (since it’s difficult to find the proper quality here) but I really love their pokes so much that I ordered more than 20 times from this shop.
