MOREISH! Our starter - selection of cheese accompanied by honey, then toast with meat and truffles as well as crunchy bread with slices of prosciutto crudo, straciatella and balsamico were just perfect!

Nonetheless, even THE BEST FOOD QUALITY CANNOT COMPENSATE POOR SERVICE.

...finding out that something what we ordered is not available at the time when the majority of the food is already at the table, looking away by the waiter every time he passes by your table, no "here you are", "thank you", "everything ok?", no smile... Just noticeable irritation on the waiter's face the whole time.

"People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."

I thought, maybe the waiter had just a bad day. But it does not seem to be the case, since there is plenty of bad service reviews here.

Sabbinirica a putìa d'ercole, wake up finally and use your potential, because your cuisine is just DELICIOUS! Therefore, this is a shame you are not the 5-star-rated...

We tried this place, got a reasonable table inside on a busy night. And then waited.... They had apparently just opened and instead of a sensible soft opening, with limited customers, had crammed too many people in. There was nobody taking ownership of the ensuing disaster. We waited forever even for our initial bottle of wine and our mains were an hour coming. We thought seriosusly of just walking out. The food that came much too late was OK but when we complained about the awful delays the staff (no apparent manager around) were in denial. In the end they gave us our bottle of wine free but they really should have told us when we arrived, "sorry, chaos in the kitchen, just opened, please come back in a few days". An unpleasant experience, particularly as the more senior staff refused to acknowledge the ongoing disaster or do anything about it. If they had had the common sense to give us a free bottle of wine whilst we waited and waited for our food we'd...

We had 2 glasses of Grillo and a mix plate of salumi and formaggi.The plate was quite good apart from melanzana which was cooked days before and the olives which were super spicy but none of the staff informed us.Also be ready for just 1 option of wine (Grillo) if you opt for a glass of wine and not a bottle.Last,there was a misunderstanding at the cheque because someone got confused and tried to charge us 12€(6€ per person) for service (coperto) which in reality is 1.50€ per person.It should have been the staff that had to notice the mistake and...
