This was my first-ever Pucce — divine! I also tried the pizza, and it was top-notch: thin crust, bold flavor, everything on point. And yes — they have draft beer! That alone is worth five stars. As for the atmosphere? You’re sitting right on the street — not by the sea, but in the middle of real life: cars passing, people walking, locals having animated conversations just a few meters away. As an urbanist, this is pure joy for me. And the sea? You can still see it. It’s all one vibrant cocktail — city, people, food, and horizon. Just perfect.

Nice and interesting place, tasty food, we expected some kind of fast-food, but it is more restaurant. Children liked wagon decorations, but we didn't understand the music that was playing there. Some kind of rock&roll would be more suitable :D I recommend reservation.

Sfortunatamente, dopo aver ordinato due birre e aver avuto bisogno di unpo' di tempo per scegliere il cibo, il donna da casa è venuto a dirci che questo non era un bar. (comportamento non molto oriento al servizio..) Il modo inutilmente scortese ci ha scoraggiato un po'. Il cibo in sé era ok, anche se purtroppo un po' sgradevole. La salsa di pomodoro ha il sapore di una lattina. Altrimenti tutto ok. (devi sapere che questa è una pizza in stile americano, ad esempio le pizze vengono servite anche con patatine fritte.)

What a beautiful, unpretentious spot. We walked in to grab a quick pizza to take away, and it was made à la minute right in front of our eyes. The service was warm and personal, and they even handed me a pizza cutter to take with me when I asked if it was pre-sliced, it’s those little details that make all the difference. Without a doubt, one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in my life. And trust me, I’ve had way to many haha...

Aspettative alte convinti dal fatto che a Otranto si mangiasse un po’ ovunque bene. Ci siamo seduti e abbiamo osservato un gruppo di turisti al di poco atterriti dal sapore della pizza, tanto da prendere la (in retrospettiva migliore) decisione di lasciare le pizze dopo aver consumato la prima fetta. Intimoriti, chiediamo simpaticamente alla cameriera, durante l’interminabile attesa di un’ora d’orologio, se avesse un’idea sul perché avessero lasciato le pizze quasi del tutto intatte; la cameriera risponde fieramente che la loro pizza non ha nulla di male e, anzi, è “squisita”. La pizza “squisita” arriva così al nostro tavolo: quindici euro di pizzetta grande quanto un pugno, insipida in tutti i suoi ingredienti; immagino, inoltre, che la base pizza fosse surgelata, almeno questo è quanto ho potuto dedurre dal gusto. La tentazione di replicare il gesto dei turisti era forte ma, consapevoli di dover sborsare il portafoglio per queste pizze, le abbiamo mangiata in un silenzio tombale tra lacrime amare di rimpianto per la...
