10 Lounge Bar — Restaurant in Padua

We were here just for an aperitivo because we’re not very familiar with the area. At first, I was pretty optimistic because the staff (yes, only one) was all smile, what a smiley old, bald Italian guy! But my companion already felt alarmed by the outdoor seating since it’s right on the street and we were worried about disturbing the pedestrians. So, we chose to sit inside but oh! The seat is super narrow. I consider myself a small one here, with me being less than 160 cm. But still, I can barely move my legs due to the limited seating. Also, we were very surprised by the size of our aperitivi (they served them inside a huge calice!) and of course, I am very happy that they gave us three different options for snacks alongside our drinks: the long biscuits, peanuts, and potato chips! Everything was going well despite the lack of ventilation (it was a hot and humid day, and they didn’t turn on the AC nor did I see any fan) and we were chatting happily. However, the major three stars review came after we saw the bill. They charged us 6€ with all of the things, which we both think a bit too much for aperitivo in Veneto. Even with three snacks, the portions aren’t that big….. So after much consideration, I think I can safely say that this place...

Se cercate un luogo dove il piacere del vino si unisce a un’atmosfera accogliente e raffinata, questa enoteca bar è una tappa obbligata. Fin dal primo ingresso, si percepisce la cura nei dettagli: candele che creano una magnifica luce soffusa, moderni arredi ed eleganti curati nei minimi particolari,e la cordialità di Ale e Simo che riescono a coniugare professionalità e calore nel locale.

La selezione di vini è semplicemente eccellente. L’enoteca offre un’ampia gamma di etichette, dai grandi classici italiani ai tesori meno conosciuti, provenienti da cantine locali.

Un'esperienza unica. Camminando per Padova, la mia ragazza si è ritrovata in una situazione d'urgenza femminile. Vedendo questo locale lungo la strada si è fiondata dentro di fretta verso il bagno senza nemmeno dire buonasera. Tuttavia la titolare è stata di una gentilezza unica. Ha avuto la premura, ma che dico, la sensibilità di chiedere alla mia ragazza appena uscita dal bagno se avesse avuto la necessità di un assorbente e addirittura di un supporto alla toilette. Una titolare veramente attenta, con una capacità di mettere a proprio agio una persona in difficoltà senza farsi notare dal resto della clientela. Consigliatissimo, quasi solo per quest'esperienza...
