This is hands down the best gelato outlet in Palermo. In my opinion their other outlet is marginally better (even though I'm sure they're batch made in a central kitchen, differences can occur when churning).
I normally go for pistachio to benchmark the quality of gelato, and here it is excellent - not too sweet, with a rich savoury mouthfeel that is typical of pistachio gelatos that do not skimp on the pistachio paste.
It was so good that I even tried other flavours - the dark chocolate is exceptional, as was the lemon sorbet. I didn't care for the watermelon though - i found it too sweet.
The down side - the baby is probably on the small side - but if you ask me, I'd rather eat less of high-quality gelato than a lot of a bad gelato. They also have a limited range of flavours, but I found them almost all...

BUT the people who work there (except one very polite and friendly woman) are a$$h0!€s… why I say this? We know that you can have UP TO 3 flavours in one cone.
