went in to exchange a top & a skirt and the man didn’t understand english very well, i did my best at explaining, the skirt had a pull in it i just wanted a different one in the same size and the top i wanted a size smaller, he became really obviously frustrated and upset with me, was so rude and ended up making me cry. i was very polite and did my best but he was not very nice at all, really disappointed...

One of the worst Zara stores I’ve been at. I was here with my girlfriend and we wanted to try clothes together. However, staff was very unfriendly and you cannot enter the changing room together. When I wanted to wait in front of the changing room staff said that it’s not possible and that I have to go back to the store...

Its a really terrible organisation at this shop!!! The shop is full of tourists, 20 persons are waiting at the changing cabins on the 1st floor, all the cabins on the other floors closed, except for the men section... so you loose clients! I put everything back and left the shop, I'm not waiting half an hour to try...
