The lasagne was Ok but the dish of the day was not good at all. All in all it is pricey for the quality and quantity.
this is a response to the owner after his comment on my review, because I can’t reply.
Thank you for your response, but I’d like to address a few things clearly. I’ve tried enough restaurants in this city to know what quality and quantity look like. I make comparisons based on real, personal experiences – not assumptions. If I find your prices high for what’s being offered, that’s a valid observation based on comparison, not a random complaint. You mentioned that the dish of the day is “particularly popular” and served many times. That’s fine — but just because others may like it doesn’t mean I have to. Taste is subjective. I have the full right to express my personal opinion, just as much as others have the right to praise it. As you yourself wrote: “not everyone is the same.” Exactly — and that includes me. What I found truly unacceptable was the tone and passive-aggressive nature of your reply. Instead of showing basic respect for a customer’s feedback, you decided to lecture me, make assumptions about my other reviews, and defend your restaurant by putting down my opinion. A restaurant owner should know how to handle criticism professionally — and clearly, you have some work to do there. “Chill” would be my advice to you.
Lastly, what and where I post my reviews is absolutely none of your business. If you want good reviews, focus more on the food and less on attacking...
Read moreI had an amazing experience here! After spending 15 days indulging in the rich Italian cuisine, I was craving something healthier, and this place was the perfect spot. I went for dinner and I ordered a smoothie and a delicious and fresh falafel bowl with hummus, followed by a refreshing fruit bowl for dessert. It was so good that I came back the next day and I tried the scrambled eggs & wild salmon and the granola & yogurt & fruit bowl for breakfast. Both were so fresh and delicious!
Not only do they serve incredible food, but they also have a market with fresh produce. I noticed some beautiful mangos and mentioned to the staff that I didn't have access to a kitchen. The incredibly friendly team offered to cut the mangos for me for takeaway. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it back in time in the evening, but I took a chance and I messaged the team on WhatsApp. They responded quickly and offered to open early the next morning before my flight.
When I arrived, the mangos were already pre-cut and chilled, ready for me to take. These were honestly some of the best mangos I've ever had—definitely a highlight of my trip! Their customer service and attention to detail were outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant and market to anyone looking for fresh, healthy options and a wonderful, friendly experience. Thank you Ecologica bio shop &...
