The best restaurant we ate at in all of Palermo. Every dish was absolutely perfect – from starter to dessert. Fresh, delicious, carefully prepared, with attention to detail. I would like to especially praise the waiters Issa and Franca, who made our dinners even more special every day. Issa is incredibly warm, approachable and extremely professional – he really tries to give the guest the best possible experience. Franc was also very kind and attentive. Hostess was very welcoming and attentive despite socializing and smoking with other restaurant employees the majority of our dinner. On the menu is a dish that allows you to taste various selections and includes a drink...steer clear of this dish! Bread used for the tasting was stale and so hard that it must have been 4 days old, and the other tastings were leftover food being used up instead of having been thrown out from many nights before. After a long evening of indecisively looking for places to eat in Palermo, me and my parents were kindly greeted by the Argentinian waiter from Le Tabarin. He was very welcoming and convincing about this restaurant’s food. So, we gave it a shot and gladly so!
