In the heart of Palermo's historic center, just steps from Piazza Marina, Ai Bottai is a must-see for those who love fine dining and an authentic, vibrant atmosphere. The restaurant is elegant, welcoming, and has a distinctly Palermitan feel, where tradition and creativity blend harmoniously.
The menu is rich and varied, with dishes that showcase local flavors with a modern twist, without ever betraying the essence of Sicilian cuisine. From appetizers to desserts, each course is a small masterpiece of flavor, beautifully presented and made with the freshest ingredients.
Special praise goes to the staff, always friendly, professional, and helpful, ready to offer advice and make every visit even more enjoyable. You can sense their love for hospitality and the care they give to each and every customer.
