Be aware! They stole my wallet with hundreds of euros. They work as a team. I believe the guy in the back was signalled by the lady serving. He left the store and waited, looking like a smoke break. I did not notice encountering anyone but the wallet was gone in 5 minutes. I was able to freeze my credit card within a few minutes. They tried to withdraw 50 euros and when that didn't work 25 euros within 20 minutes of buying the gelato. Pathetic, weak people. The best Gelato I’ve ever had in my whole ENTIRE LIFE. I never knew Gelato could taste this good until I tried Tuppulia’s which now, will make my life quite difficult, as I wouldn’t be able to get Gelato this good any longer 😭😭😭😭 Even better, the staff were super friendly and we had great conversation !! The gelato was so fresh and smooth. And not overtly sweet which means you can really taste the natural ingredients! I went twice and would have gone more if I wasn’t leaving Palermo. The best ice cream parlour in Palermo. And they have many vegan options. Today they had vegan pistachio ice-cream. It was like a dream come true. I must say that before I went vegan, pistachio was always my choice. And I really missed the flavour. But this vegan pistachio tasted even better than any classic version with milk. The mouth feel was incredibly creamy, the colour was natural, the taste was fully round, not too sweet. Just perfect! And the people behind the counter are just absolutely lovely.
