STAY AWAY -5 (Honest review)

Found this restaurant after a long enjoyable day After enjoying a fabulous breakfast and lunch I’m sad to say I made a terrible decision/ mistake I sat before reading 📖 or wondering about its reviews from past customers At first the prices seamed fair When our meals turned up at table my heart sank we’d ordered what we thought was traditional Italian 🇮🇹 ravioli 😁 We got served 7 pieces each on a what looked oversized plate 🍽️ (dear me) & were left with no cutlery 🍴 or oil dressings It looked so sad and lonely so alone wanting a companion 🥬 No seasoning (I could make tasty)

When we received the bill €27 for the food and €5 for service when we questioned this my partner was told it’s for napkins knives and forks Which were actually left dirty full of tomato sauce on our table from our meal (🤭) When we still questioned this one of the waiters (server) replied Madam I can loose my manners very fast in a abrupt manner boarding on threatening This quickly escalated to were the cook called the service to point they still charged us a shameful €27 for food The police were mentioned (really) to a customer querying a bill (Lock us up now grand theft ravioli 🚓🚨)

I pointed out his disgusting behaviour to a female paying customer but i think it fell on rude deaf unprofessional ears

The only reason for the stars is the food. We ordered pasta with gambereti, another one with lobster and a pizza. The food was very tasty and just the right amount of food for one person. My complain is for the tagliatelle with gambereti and zucchini. There were barely 5 shrimp in the plate!

On the other hand, the service was terrible. It started normal and polite. For drinks, we ordered 3 granita limone. The waitress said it would last around 15 minutes to be ready because the flavor was new. We agreed to wait for them. We had dinner and waited for like 20 minutes more to ask for the check because the waitress wasn't around. The granita were never ready. When we asked for the check, she didn't even asked if we still wanted the drinks or gave an explanation why we never received them.

The waiter and waitress were absolutely phenomenal lovely people :) however a customer beside us had an issue and proceeded to give out to the poor waitress for issues out of her control the manager shouted at the waitress and didn’t bother to come out to the riled customer hence the customer making the waitress cry the management hasn’t stopped pointing and shouting at his short staffed workers since we worked here I think there is a reason behind why he is short staffed. Again I want to complement the lovely waitresses and waiter they went above and beyond for us very helpful...
