Beautiful location as you’re right near the tower but service was horrible. It took forever to be helped when sat down. We only decided to get a quick late lunch because of a 10% discounts being handed out. We ordered a margarita pizza and 2 drinks and the waiter didn’t want to add it until we checked out so he wouldn’t forget. When checkout came a different man came out with a horrible attitude ,aggressively took our finished plates and said that the coupon is for when you order food not a snack. I asked him if it said anywhere on this that we couldn’t use it for our meal and he said no. I just paid the money because there was no point in arguing as I saw how this waa going to head. I felt like we were baited to go and genuinely believe th coupon is just for that to then have someone come give you a reason on why you can’t get your discount . This restaurant was recommended to us by the hotel we were staying at in Pisa – and it turned out to be one of the best tips of our trip. From the very beginning, we were welcomed with warm, friendly service and genuine smiles. It was clear that the entire staff works as a true team and sincerely cares about every guest – a truly pleasant surprise.

The food was absolutely delicious! We tried the pizza, steak, and the catch of the day – every dish was wonderfully flavorful and cooked to perfection. Huge compliments to the chef!
