I recently had the pleasure of dining at an incredible Italian restaurant, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff and immediately felt welcomed.

The ambiance of the restaurant was charming and cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable meal. The decor was tasteful and it added to the overall authenticity of the restaurant. It truly felt like I had been transported to Italy.

Now let's talk about the food. The menu options were extensive and it was clear that a lot of thought had been put into creating a diverse and mouthwatering selection. I started with the bruschetta, which was simply divine. The tomatoes were fresh and juicy, perfectly complimented by the garlic-infused bread.

For my main course, I chose the classic spaghetti carbonara. It was cooked to perfection, with the pasta al dente and the sauce rich and creamy. Each bite was a burst of flavors that delighted my taste buds. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that I left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied.

To top it all off, the service was exceptional. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout the meal. The chef even came out to personally ask how everything was, adding a personal touch to the whole experience.

I would highly recommend this Italian restaurant to anyone who appreciates authentic and delicious Italian cuisine. We visited this establishment after visiting the Leaning Tower. It is walking distance from the Tower and was easily accessible to tourists. We ordered for starters the tomato bruschetta and Niçoise salad. The starters were good. From this point everything went downhill. We waited more than an hour after that for our seafood risotto and ravioli in tomato sauce to arrive. We noticed that others who arrived later were served with their food. Upon inquiring with the waitress, we were told that that the kitchen forgot our food. I asked to speak to the manager/owner who took our order. Instead of apologising for the delay, he said these exact words, “I don’t know which country you are from but here it takes at least 50mins for risotto to be cooked”. I have travelled to Italy frequent enough to know that this is not true. Singapore where I am from is known to for some of the best Italian restaurants in the world and I never waited a this long for risotto. The condescending tone is not acceptable. Both the mains were not good. The seafood risotto contains just small chunks of squid despite the menu suggesting that other seafood will be included. Avoid this place at all cost unless you fancy being insulted by a narrow minded owner/manager who clearly hasn’t seen much...
