Read moreLovely views off the Pisa tower from seating area on the Balcony! We went for lunch an Drinks an to enjoy the views, which didn't dissapoint. I order the cheese burger. When i bite into the burger I could see it weren't fully cooked! I then cut it in half to see what the center looked like. It was raw an undercooked! I spoked to the waiter, which informed me that's the way they cooked there burgers. Tho my friend had a burger aswell which was fully cooked! So he offered to take it back. He then returned bk with the same burger. Which was absolutely ruined an disgusting! As they put the whole burger, bun and salad in the microwave to reheated until fully cooked! The Lettuce had turned black, the burger bun was rock solid from being in the microwave, the tomatoes was all mushy. The same waiter heard me discussing with my friend that they had put the burger in the microwave. An ruined it so he came over to the table to see what was the problem I told that this has been microwave he said yes! Told him it was ruined but he didn't seem bothered. Finished with an espresso affogato that promised a dramatic coffee-meets-gelato moment but it was Mid. Like a Tinder date who talks about cryptocurrency.
Come for the view. Stay if you enjoy slicing your own pizza and being silently judged by waitstaff.
Would I return? Maybe—with my own pizza cutter and lower...
