SPRITZMANIA — Restaurant in Pisa

Very rude, xenophobic staff member who was taking orders only from Italian folks. He didn't want to take our order in English, because, quote: he "can take order only in Italian or french", while speaking to us in english. Me and my wife, a lesbian couple wanted to drink cocktail under lgbtq+, rainbow flag, but we didn't expected this xenophobic beheviour in Italy. Like our money stink, or what?

** I can't anwser to your respond so: I never once wrote that your whole staff was rude to us. Only ONE member of your staff, who we spoke to.

Nothing you can say would deny our expierience, becouse it is what happend to us at your cocktail bar.

We ordered aperitivo for 7 people but they only gave us enough food for 5. This was clear to us by comparison to other tables and by other visits here. We complained to the staff. They said we were wrong and that they gave us enough food. We complained some more and only then they gave us what we were paying for. One of the snacks was solid rock. Unchewable. Probably microwaved. The rest was decent indeed. As we were paying they apologised saying they made a mistake with the order. But I dont buy it. I believe it was an attempt to make some money out of foreigners. Jokes on you. One of us actually lives here. So that's probably a client you lost and all subsequent clients that person could...

Nice open space to have drinks with a lively atmosphere. Loads of spritz and cocktails to choose from. Think it's around €5-7 a spritz.

The Midori spritz and Japanese Iced Tea were my favourites. The other half can't get enough of the coconut spritz.

Easy ordering experience using QR code. You do have to pay at the bar though rather than through the site. Drinks arrived quickly despite the busy time.

If you want to use the bathroom, you'll need to hold on to your ticket and make your way to the opposite side of the square into 'Mojito Mania' which must be their other shop. Just one bathroom serving multiple businesses which can get busy to...
